The Olympic flag is probably flying down to Rio right now. What a couple of weeks we have had here, we are heaving a sigh of relief and a phew! glad that's over, can we have some good telly now please. London is now officially Great Britain, I am thrilled about that because the rest of us England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland can get on with being ourselves. You television presenters have to stop being so pretentious about things it really doesn't make mediocre any better to hear you gushing nonsense over every triviality I would have used the turn off commentary button but the truth is we really do like some of the detail about what is going on but half the time it seems that you don't have a clue anyway. Enough said, that's what I think, "oh! don't you think we have spent enough money on sport and I say that before the debate starts".

Yoko Ono at the Serpentine Gallery will be part of the London 2012 Festival, a spectacular 12-week UK-wide celebration featuring world leading artists from Midsummer's Day on 21 June to 9 September 2012.

The ground floor and basement flat residence 34 Montagu Square was initially bought by Ringo Starr and then rented out to Paul McCartney and Jimi Hendrix.
